Form FP-1Application for membershipRev. 10-2026

You're not the only foreigner running a US LLC alone.

You opened a company in a country that isn't yours, mostly by yourself. The forms scare you, the deadlines sneak up, and nobody around you gets it. This is a community of people in exactly that spot.

Part IVWhy this exists

Statement of the founder

I'm Nicolás, from Chile. I run Mismly LLC, a US company, from abroad. I did the EIN, the W-8BEN, the Apple and Google developer accounts and the yearly 5472 mostly alone, afraid of getting something wrong.

When I started helping other foreign founders, I noticed they didn't only want the form filled. They wanted to meet someone who had been there. So I'm building the community I wish I'd had.
